Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Bookings & Payment

Full payment or deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. All sales are final once payment is processed.

2a. Cancellation & Refund Policy for Full Payment

∙ 61+ days before camp: Full refund issued upon written request, or reservation may be transferred to a future camp session, within 18 months of cancellation.

∙ 60 days or fewer before camp: No refund will be issued under any circumstances.

∙ Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to wolfcreekcowgirlcamp@gmail.com.

2b. Cancellation & Refund Policy for Deposits

∙ Deposits are refundable within 24 hours of payment; Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours

∙ 31+ days or before camp: Deposits can be used toward a future camp session, dated within 18 months of cancellation.

∙ 30 days or fewer before camp: No refund will be issued.

∙ Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to wolfcreekcowgirlcamp@gmail.com.

3. Transfers & Rescheduling

Reservations may be transferred to a future camp session (subject to availability) with at least 61 days notice, at no additional fee. Transfers are permitted once per booking.

4. Health & Physical Requirements

Guests must be in reasonable physical health to participate in equine activities. By booking, you confirm (1) that you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions or physical limitations, (2) that are are below our weight limit of 220lbs, and (3) that you are a woman. Wolf Creek Cowgirl Camp reserves the right to modify your participation for safety reasons.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Horseback riding and related activities involve inherent risks. All guests are required to sign a separate Liability Waiver and Release prior to participation. Wolf Creek Cowgirl Camp, its staff, and its agents are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in camp activities, pursuant to Colorado law (§13-21-119, C.R.S.).

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to treat staff, horses, and fellow campers with respect. Wolf Creek Cowgirl Camp reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

7. Modifications by Camp

We reserve the right to substitute horses, instructors, or activities due to weather, safety, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to deliver the experience as described, but cannot guarantee specific horses or staff members.

8. Photography & Media

Wolf Creek Cowgirl Camp may photograph or film activities for promotional use. By booking, you grant us permission to use your likeness in marketing materials. If you prefer to opt out, please notify us in writing at the time of booking.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
